Account & Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Ardy account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

Email us from the address linked to your Ardy account so we can verify it's you:

1. Send the email above from the email address you use to sign in to Ardy.
2. We verify the request matches your account.
3. We delete your account and personal data and confirm by email — normally within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity (name, email address, user ID).
• Your paired-device associations, device names, and personal settings.
• Personal data linked to your account, including your historical air-quality and ventilation readings.

What may be retained

• Records we are required to keep by law (for example, accounting obligations), for the legally required period only.
• Aggregated or anonymised data that can no longer identify you.
